Restorative practice is a set of principles and protocols that initiate care to facilitate connections that lead to cooperation and student success.
In every mission and vision of every school in the country, there is a line about learning and a determiner (each, all, every) to indicate who receives the learning. Districts, administrators and teachers pour hours into core instruction, differentiation and intervention. Yet our approach to discipline looks very different.
