Restorative practice are principles and protocols that initiate care and facilitate connections that lead to cooperation and student success.

In most  mission and vision statements across the country, there is a line about learning and an inclusive word (each, all, or every) to indicate who receives the learning. Districts, administrators and teachers pour hours into core instruction, differentiation and intervention. Yet our approach to Discipline looks very different.
